Mt.Beifeng Forest Park is located in the southeast of Taishan city , and among the high ridges of Gu Dou mountain .It is 12 kilometers awayt from the city proper. Mt.Beifeng Forest Park is one of the ecology scenery in Taishan city.
  Covering the total area of 15000 mu, the mountain is steep.The brook, waterfall and spring pond are multitudinous in the park. According to the initial investigation by forestry expert , there are 986 kinds of plants ,among them such 14 kinds of rare and precious plants as wild litchi and the wild tea tree, 22 kinds of the rare and precious animals .It is praised as" Taishan Fujiyama " by the expert.
   Authorized by the Guangdong Province Forestry Department,Mt.Beifeng Forest Park was built on July 1993.It's a provincial level forest park.As a result of self-reliance and utilizing resources superiority for many years,the park has been comprehensive, multiple functional.With more and more people visiting ,the tourist earnings increase progressively at the rate of over 30% every year.
  In the park,there are the vacation center, the swimming pool ,the dance hall ,the sauna,fishing by the lakeside,barbecuing ,some villas and a assembly hall that can accommodate 120 people.
